Secondary students (ages 13–17) who build self-efficacy and life skills through experiential projects. We also benefit teachers/schools through coaching training and school development, as well as volunteer companions who gain leadership skills.
Schools pay a program fee alongside parental contributions (or social package funds) comparable to a class trip. Our model relies on a hybrid structure: earned revenue combined with institutional funding, philanthropic foundation grants and public grants.
